We collect this information using cookies, pixels, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from receiving FFL dealers, shipping carriers, payment processors, and platforms you use to interact with us, such as YouTube, Patreon, and Instagram, subject to your settings on those platforms.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function (for example, to remember your cookie choice and keep your quote list), and analytics technologies that help us understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings and delete them at any time. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site, including the quote list, may not work properly.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” signals, the Site does not respond to them.
5. Third-Party Content and Links
The Site contains embedded content and links from third parties, including YouTube videos and links to Patreon and Instagram. When you interact with these features, the third party may collect information about you under its own privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
6. Email Marketing
If you sign up for our email list, we will send you messages about new builds, availability, and announcements. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional messages about your quote, order, build, or repair.
7. Age Restriction
The Site and the Services are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 21, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to complete your project, provide support, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We retain records that federal, state, or local firearms laws require us to keep, such as acquisition and disposition records, for at least the period required by law, and those records may not be deleted on request.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no website, email transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information to us at your own risk. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

To exercise these rights, submit a request through our contact page. We will verify your identity before responding, which may require you to confirm information we already have. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law, and we may require proof of the agent’s authority. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to your appeal within the time required by applicable law.
